Youth Yogis camp is a week long summer camp that is 2.5 hours per day. We offer a morning session and an afternoon session.

Children will connect with their body and breath through fun and non-competitive activities that teach mindfulness and self-awareness. Yoga encourages concentration and increased self-esteem along with the physical benefits of increased strength, flexibility, and balance.

Each day includes activities related to yoga postures, breathing, mindfulness, and meditation appropriate to the developmental level of the group.
