If you find your child is unable to attend an event or that you must cancel a booking, please alert us as soon as possible.
Cancellations 21 or more days prior to start date will receive a full refund.
- Transfer requests can be honored with no transfer fee.
- Cancellations 8-20 days prior to start date can receive an 80% refund.
- Transfer requests can be honored with a 20% transfer fee.
- No refunds or transfers are available for no shows or cancellations within 7 days of the start of the event.
